embers of the past

One last time, I want a piece of everything until we turn into the past. If you look at me, you will understand why the stars hide and where they went. No sparkle and no glimmer in the sky, you stole it all and now it shines from your eyes. One last time, a kiss, a touch, you and me, just us. We didn’t know that it would end, we could carry on and play pretend. But our time has come, our song is sung. All is said and done. Goodbye my love, I’ll burry you in my heart. Because sometimes things from the past deserve a new start. The celestial dance of our love, once radiant and unrestrained, now fades into the gentle whispers of time. Yet, in the depth of my soul, your essence abides, a guiding light amid the labyrinth of life. Farewell, my dearest, for as I lay you to rest in the embers of my heart, may the phoenix of our love rise anew, forging a path of redemption and rebirth through the corridors of eternity. I carry the legacy of our love, tenderly nurturing it until it flourishes once again, like a blossoming garden in the eternal spring of our souls.
