Poetry and music have met on my SoundCloud before. This collaboration is not new to continue that work, but it stands apart in its clarity and quality. The process of creating this piece was different. It was something both of us needed as artist and we fed off each other’s creativity and passion for this piece. The result is a spoken word piece where nothing competes. Nothing is rushed. Everything is where it needs to be.
This piece is more precise. More balanced. More restrained. Nothing in it is accidental.

Sunday happens to be my birthday.
