In every smile shared without a word,
A kindness felt, a soft heart stirred,
Through gentle hands that lift the load,
A world rekindled, hope bestowed.
Once shadows claimed these quiet lands,
But now the light, in steady hands,
Unfolds the dawn in gentle rise,
As peace reclaims the open skies.
From every storm, a lesson learned,
Through darkest nights, bright fires burned,
And from the ashes, hearts rebuild,
A strength reborn, a peace fulfilled.
In every bloom, a triumph shows,
Through cracks and scars, the garden grows,
And from the past, a future born,
Where love and hope replace the thorn.
For where we love, where hearts align,
The future blooms in radiant time,
And through the cracks of days long past,
We find a peace that’s built to last.

And peace that last is a good thing… As Martha Stewart would say… 🤣🤣🤣

I wrote the two pieces back to back, it was only fair to publish them back to back… 😘
