Every night when he came home from work, he knew that she was waiting for him. After many years together, it was nothing special anymore. And yet, every kiss and every touch, every smile and every frown was still special. He loved every moment of this domesticated and traditional life. There was a time, when he was younger, when he couldn’t imagine a life like this. He believed that every breath and every minute of the day needed to be something special. But age had taught him that stability, loyalty, honesty, care, love… All these and more where more important than anything else. He looked at her, putting their dinner on the table, and it was as if he was falling in love with her again. It was surreal, but true.

Last song heard: Mark Hole – Dirty’s what I like
Tonight’s film: The Man from U.N.C.L.E. (I liked it and laughed a lot. The only thing that bothered me was that there were non-German speakers impersonating Germans, complete with spoken lines which were wrong, it was annoying; for me.)
