Isn’t it funny that the nights you dread the most turn out to be the best?
This turns out to be true again and again.
Thoughts?

I think that many of the things we fear most often turn out to be less awful than anticipated.

I am the kind of person who overthinks all the time. Last night, I had two colleagues from work (with their families) over for a BBQ. I was worried because of my shoulder being in pain and other things. Like – will they like my salads and desserts, what will they say about my home? Of course, things went well, they liked everything, and we had a great evening. I am still overthinking what they think about my home, though – I would really like to know if it is how they imagined it to be. But I will not ask. 🙂
